Belgian newspapers confirm their Google victory

This morning, we hear the (not altogether surprising) news that it is illegal for Google to reproduce information from Belgian newspapers on the site.

Google had appealed the previous decision, but the ruling hasn’t been fundamentally changed.

Update: Google have now responded on their blog. They intend to appeal. Again.
